At Those Dame Dogs we believe there is no "one size fits all" dog training method, for this reason we take on every new dog with a completely open mind, formulating  unique training plans specifically designed for each dogs individual needs. We use a hybrid of traditional style and contemporary training methods, directly correcting rude unwanted behavior, and generously rewarding polite wise choices. 

Hello! My name is Grace, (Although you may occasionally hear my friends and family refer to me as Eliza Thornberry🦒😝) I am a Self taught dog trainer, a registered yoga teacher, and certified Reiki practitioner. I am passionate about animals and have a unique gift of getting you out of your head and into theirs.  

As a kid you could always find me outside. The average day consisted of riding horses, bottle feeding stray kittens, and building the occasional agility course for our family dog out of broomsticks and 5 gallon buckets. 

 Growing up around horses and large animals traditional style pressure training came like a second language, and thanks to our overweight, food driven, yellow lab Clarence, I quickly picked up on the technique of positive reinforcement. 

Throughout the years I have worked with all sorts of dogs, reactive, shy, hyper, young, old. I've attended seminars, volunteered at shelters, and worked in training facilities.  I have learned hands on from many influencers in the industry and allow presence and observation of each dog to pave my way in the field.
